Questions						
What % of deaths are cancer across time in Maya v. Mestizo people? What are the differneces rurla/urban?						
Are there any specific cnacers with different trajectories over time? Total pop., by ethnciity, by rural urban						
I am thinking rural/urban might confound ethnicity since many Mayans live in isolated villages
